Two doors,
one black box.

Managers hold the client book — funds, feedback, leads and growth. The calling desk works the queue and brings the information back in.

Level 01 — Client book

Manager login

Client details, funds under automation, feedback stream, lead pipeline and growth targets.

Level 02 — Calling desk

Team login

Your call queue, the call sheet, feedback capture and query logging. Fund values stay hidden.

Checking for the roster…
Codes are never stored — only stretched fingerprints of them.

Growth notes.

What is working, what is not

The mindset.

Read before you change anything
  • The model has no ego. You do. Get out of the way.
  • A client who is called stays. A client who is not called leaves quietly.
  • Growth is retention first, new accounts second. Fix the leak before opening the tap.
  • Never sell a return. Sell the process and the discipline behind it.
  • A losing month is a question, not a verdict. Answer it with data.

Records live in this browser only

Everything you enter — clients, calls, leads, targets — is stored in this browser on this device. Clearing site data, switching machine or switching browser loses it. Export a backup at the end of every day. To move records to another device, export here and import there.

How to open.

Same every time — it builds trust
  • Name yourself and BrainxBot in the first sentence. Never be vague about who is calling.
  • Ask if it is a good time. If it is not, book a time and log it as a callback.
  • Say plainly this is a check-in call, not a sales call.
  • Then listen. Most of the call should be them talking.

What to ask.

Four questions, every call
  • How has the experience been since we last spoke?
  • Is anything unclear about how the bot is running on your account?
  • Is there anything you would want changed or added?
  • Is there anyone you would introduce us to?

Never say.

These get escalated, not answered
  • Any promised or guaranteed return. Ever. Not even a range.
  • Advice on what to trade, buy or hold. You are not advising.
  • Anything about how the model decides. It is a black box, by design.
  • Never ask for a password or an API secret over the phone.

Flag it up.

  • They are unhappy about money, performance or fees.
  • They want to add funds, withdraw, pause or leave.
  • They ask something you cannot answer from this page.
  • Anything about regulation, tax or legal.
